Website & enquiries

Contact details and messages submitted via forms; basic technical data (e.g., IP address) for security and diagnostics.

Job applicants

CV/application details, right-to-work, references, training, and pre-employment checks (including DBS where appropriate).

Suppliers & partners

Business contact details, contracts, and communications needed for service delivery.

3) How we use your data (purposes & lawful bases)

  • Provide and manage services — create and deliver safe, personalised support. Lawful basis: contract; vital interests; legitimate interests; and, where applicable, explicit consent or health-related legal obligations.
  • Safeguarding & quality assurance — incident management, supervision, and continuous improvement. Lawful basis: legal obligation; vital interests; legitimate interests.
  • Communications — respond to enquiries and keep you informed about your service. Lawful basis: contract; legitimate interests; consent where required.
  • Recruitment — assess applications, conduct checks, and keep limited records. Lawful basis: legitimate interests; legal obligation; contract (pre-contractual steps).
  • Business operations — finance, audits, compliance and record keeping. Lawful basis: legal obligation; legitimate interests.
  • Marketing (light-touch) — only with your permission, and you can opt out at any time. Lawful basis: consent.

4) Sharing your data

We only share data when necessary and appropriate, for example with:

  • Healthcare professionals, local authorities or commissioners involved in your support
  • Emergency services or safeguarding bodies where there is risk of harm
  • Regulatory or professional advisors (e.g., for audits and legal compliance)

We do not sell personal data

We never sell your information to third parties.

5) How long we keep your data (retention)

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice and in line with applicable guidance or contractual/regulatory requirements. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
